- Avondale
- CHC - Adult and Pediatric
- Glendale
- South Central
- Chandler
- Mesa
- McDowell - servicing HIV patients
- You can be seen immediately if you are experiencing problems
- See an onsite financial counselor
- Insurance is accepted
- Sliding scale fee
- We can help you enroll in AHCCCS if you qualify
